We are currently supporting two large-scale Dayforce transformation programmes and are looking to engage multiple experienced Dayforce Testers across several workstreams. Opportunities are available across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Security & Permissions
- Integrations & End-to-End Testing
One programme is a complex global Dayforce rollout across EMEA and APAC, involving localisation, payroll transformation and integration into an existing global HR environment. The second is a large enterprise Dayforce implementation focused on Core HR foundations, workflows, organisation structures and security architecture.
We are interested in candidates with:
- Strong Dayforce functional testing experience
- Exposure to SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Experience with Jira and defect management
- Experience working within large enterprise or global transformation programmes
- Experience with Payroll, WFM or Full Position Management would be advantageous.
