About the Role

We're supporting a major UK-wide business transformation programme that will see hundreds of operational sites migrated onto a new enterprise technology platform.

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role. It's a hands-on implementation position, working end-to-end through the programme lifecycle.

Initially, you'll help prepare the rollout - working with operational teams to understand existing processes, support data discovery and migration readiness, and ensure sites are fully prepared for deployment.

As the programme gathers pace, the role naturally evolves into delivering live implementations across multiple UK sites - coordinating suppliers, supporting go-lives, resolving issues on the ground and ensuring each site transitions successfully into BAU.

It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, solving problems and seeing technology successfully delivered in live environments.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Delivering end-to-end technology implementations across multiple UK sites, from early discovery through to go-live and BAU handover.
  • Working with operational teams to understand current processes, validate existing data and support migration readiness ahead of implementation.
  • Coordinating site readiness, implementation plans and deployment activities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, third-party suppliers and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting solution configuration, UAT and implementation planning to ensure sites are fully prepared for rollout.
  • Managing project plans, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Providing on-site support during implementations, go-live and hypercare, capturing lessons learned to continuously improve future rollouts.
  • We're looking for someone with
  • Multi-site technology implementation experience (hospitality, retail, leisure, healthcare or similar).
  • End-to-end implementation experience from discovery through to go-live.
  • Strong supplier and third-party management experience.
  • Comfortable discussing data, software configuration, integrations and operational technology without needing to be highly technical.
  • Experience delivering Saa S, ERP, POS or other operational technology implementations.
  • Exposure to data discovery, migration readiness, validation or data cleansing activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Happy travelling extensively across the UK during rollout phases.

You’ll probably enjoy this role if...

  • You prefer being close to the business rather than sitting in governance meetings.
  • You enjoy seeing technology go live in real operational environments.
  • You're happy wearing different hats depending on the phase of the programme.
  • You like solving problems, building relationships and making things happen.
