Showcase Your Testing Experience

Prepare to talk about your previous testing experiences, particularly with SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Have examples ready that highlight your problem-solving skills and how you've tackled challenges in past projects. Be ready to explain how you tracked defects and collaborated with teams to resolve issues. This will show that you’re not only technically savvy but also a team player.

Ask Insightful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street, so prepare some thoughtful questions about the projects and the team dynamics. Inquire about the specific challenges they face in the Dayforce rollout or how they measure success in their testing processes. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you assess if it’s the right fit for you.
