SAP S/4HANA Training Specialist (SAP Enable Now) Training may take place across London and M4 Corridor location, so West London / Reading and surrounds would be a great location.
12 month Fixed Term Contract - Salary up to £70,000
We're supporting a SAP S/4 transformation programme and are looking for a Training Specialist to help drive user adoption across SAP S/4HANA. This role sits at the heart of the change journey — translating complex processes into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences that genuinely stick.
The role
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end training approach, creating engaging digital content and delivering sessions that bring the new system to life for end users. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll ensure training is aligned to real operational needs — not just system functionality. From building interactive simulations to running live workshops, your focus will be on giving users the confidence to navigate SAP S/4HANA effectively from day one. You'll also play a key role post-go-live, supporting users as they embed new processes and ways of working.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience with SAP Enable Now, particularly in creating interactive and user-friendly learning content
