You’ll be working with a global hospitality business, delivering technology across stadiums, venues, universities and other large-scale environments. Think live events, high footfall sites, and situations where things need to work first time. You’ll be right in the middle of it.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking to stakeholders to understand what they actually need
- Working with suppliers to figure out what’s possible
- Keeping things moving across multiple projects at once
- Being on-site for key moments - installs, go-lives, issue resolution
- Getting stuck in when things don’t quite go to plan (because they won’t always)
It’s a mix of shaping solutions and delivering them - but the emphasis is very much on getting things done.

- You’ll likely but not necessarily be: An Implementation PM, Deployment Manager, or Delivery-focused Project Manager
- Used to working across multiple sites or locations
- Comfortable dealing directly with suppliers and clients
- Still close to the detail - not just managing from a distance
- Experience in environments like hospitality, retail tech, venues, or similar will help.
