This is a hands-on leadership role where success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, develop people and simplify ways of working, rather than purely delivering commercial savings.

You'll be an experienced procurement leader with a collaborative leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people.

Experience leading procurement teams within a labour-intensive operational environment such as facilities management, infrastructure, construction, utilities, environmental services or similar.

Experience improving procurement processes, supplier onboarding and compliance.

A pragmatic, customer-focused approach to procurement that balances operational requirements with effective governance.

Experience supporting business transformation or process improvement initiatives.

A coaching leadership style with high emotional intelligence and the ability to bring teams through change.
