An ambitious early-stage business is looking for a Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Field Service and other CE modules (Customer Service / Sales) – a critical tool for the business.
The Role
As Functional Consultant, you will take full ownership of Microsoft Dynamics Field Service product, acting as the vital link between business operations and technical solutions. You will manage change requests, and oversee the integration of acquired businesses into the group platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to define Product Strategy: Shape the vision and roadmap for the Dynamics 365 Field Service to support business growth.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather, prioritise, and translate business needs into detailed plans.
- Hands-On Configuration: Work with D365 CE and Field Services, making system adjustments and resolving issues swiftly.
- Enable Rollouts: Partner with integration teams to onboard newly acquired businesses.
- Support Users: Develop training materials and provide guidance to ensure smooth adoption.
- Drive Optimisation: Use feedback and best practices to streamline processes.
About You:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Field Service & CE modules.
- Experience in configuring D365, managing workflows and data migrations.
