This includes leading the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms, managing APIs for seamless data exchange, and ensuring data quality, security, and reliability across all systems. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimising ETL pipelines, automating data workflows, and supporting integration between core business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. Strong hands-on experience with Azure, SQL, and Python-based data engineering is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a scalable, acquisition-driven environment, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and wants to help shape the data strategy of a dynamic, technology-focused business.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and optimise ETL pipelines and automated data workflows.
- Collaborate across IT and business functions to define data requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Manage and maintain data integrations and APIs for seamless information flow between systems.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Support analytics and reporting through high-quality, structured data models.
- Produce documentation and technical reports covering data models, pipelines, and architecture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering data migration or integration projects, ideally with ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong technical skills in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Hands-on experience with ETL design, data warehousing, and relational databases (SQL).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered).
- Experience working with APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
What’s on Offer
- Remote working with team meet-ups centrally located on a monthly basis.
- Support for training, certification, and professional development.
- The opportunity to work within a fast-moving, acquisition-driven organisation shaping its data future.
