D365 Support Engineer | Salary up to £40K | Fully Remote but with UK site travel weekly
We're hiring a D365 Support Engineer to deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). You'll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, support new user onboarding, and contribute more widely with migration activity.
This is a remote UK-based role, with regular site visits (fully expensed) and plenty of opportunity to grow your expertise in a purpose-driven D365 team and tech-forward organisation.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive D365 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Resolve access, config, data and workflow issues
- Manage tickets through to resolution
- Support D365 migrations and user adoption
- Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Scope to get involved with Power Platform activities (Apps / Flows / Automation)
Qualifications
- Prior D365 experience in a support setting. Super User or Junior Product Specialist / Functional Consultant also considered. Exposure to the CE modules will be essential (Customer Service / Sales / Field Service)
- Confident troubleshooting and clear communication skills.
- Advantageous would be some Microsoft certifications, exposure to Power Platform or Azure.
- Friendly, organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to cope in a fast-paced setting.
