Base pay rangeD365 Support Engineer | Salary up to Β£40K | Fully Remote but with UK site travel weekly

We\’re hiring a D365 Support Engineer to deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). You\’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, support new user onboarding, and contribute more widely with migration activity.

This is a remote UK-based role , with regular site visits (fully expensed) and plenty of opportunity to grow your expertise in a purpose-driven D365 team and tech-forward organisation.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive D365 1st and 2nd line support to end users

Resolve access, config, data and workflow issues

Manage tickets through to resolution

Support D365 migrations and user adoption

Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements

Scope to get involved with Power Platform activities (Apps / Flows / Automation)

Qualifications

Prior D365 experience in a support setting. Super User or Junior Product Specialist / Functional Consultant also considered. Exposure to the CE modules will be essential (Customer Service / Sales / Field Service)

Confident troubleshooting and clear communication skills.

Advantageous would be some Microsoft certifications, exposure to Power Platform or Azure.

Friendly, organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

Able to cope in a fast-paced setting.
