We’re partnering with a major multi-site consumer services business to appoint a Product Manager focused on improving technology, customer experience and operational performance across a national estate.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve how technology supports both internal teams and customers - from digital journeys and operational tooling through to AI-enabled solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll spend significant time in operational environments, speaking with stakeholders, identifying pain points, testing new ideas and helping turn innovation into scalable, commercially valuable solutions.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders through regular site visits and proactive technology reviews.
You may have recently started your journey in Product or Digital Product Management, or perhaps developed product, roadmap and delivery skills within an operational, technology or customer-focused role.
