A major UK household name is undergoing a large-scale payroll transformation programme to Dayforce for a population of thousands of employees. This is a high-visibility project with strong executive support.
They’re looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in complex HR or payroll system transformations. You’ll play a key role in capturing current processes, aligning stakeholders, and helping shape the future state design.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Support and facilitate workshops across business units to align on ways of working.
- Process & Requirements Analysis
- Document “as-is” payroll processes and help define the “to-be” future state aligned to Dayforce capabilities.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardisation across the organisation.
- Ensure clear, complete documentation of requirements and business rules.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional specs.
- Contribute to UAT planning and support stakeholder sign-off.
About You
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on HR/payroll system change programmes (Oracle, Dayforce, SAP, etc).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Confident facilitating workshops and driving clarity in complex environments.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup, with occasional UK travel.
- Experience with Dayforce is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with large-scale organisations.
- Available to start at short notice.
