Kinetech is supporting the hire of a Service Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction and working across modern Microsoft technologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requests
- Supporting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, Teams and Exchange
- Managing joiners, movers and leavers
- Installing and supporting laptops, desktops and meeting room tech
- Working with third-party IT suppliers and SOC teams
- Responding to cyber alerts and completing security control checks
- Maintaining hardware and software asset records
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer-facing IT support background
- Clear communicator with excellent time-management skills
- Awareness of cyber security and data protection principles
- ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications are a plus
The package:
- Salary up to £40,000
- Discretionary bonus – up to 15%
- Pension contributions up to 10% employer
