Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Kinetech Recruiter | Finance and IT into Technology and Media at Kinetech We’re hiring a Temp Assistant Accountant to support a high-growth SME recently acquired by a PE-backed group. The business is expanding rapidly — and the finance team is working hard to catch up. If you’re hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you. Location: Hybrid – Circa 2–3 days per week in the Sevenoaks office, remainder from home Duration: Initial 2-month contract, with strong potential to extend or move into other operating companies within the group Clear the finance backlog following a recent acquisition Post invoices from a legacy Field Services ERP into Sage Intacct Process and reconcile employee expenses Perform bank reconciliations Handle supplier queries and accounts payable Support the business owner and wider finance function Carry out ad hoc finance tasks in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in transactional finance or similar accounting support roles Comfortable using multiple systems — experience with Sage Intacct is preferred Proactive and adaptable, with a flexible, solutions-focused approach Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritise in a high-growth setting This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, PE-backed business at a pivotal moment.
