A growing organisation is seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to identify, evaluate and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions that drive measurable operational, commercial and customer outcomes. This is a newly created role focused on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical business value. Working across multiple business functions, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building business cases, challenging vendors and technology partners, and leading the delivery of AI-enabled products and transformation initiatives. This role would suit somebody who combines strong Product Management capability with experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across all business functions
  • Build business cases, define success metrics and measure commercial impact
  • Lead discovery activities to understand business challenges and translate them into technology solutions
  • Own product strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation for AI and innovation initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align AI opportunities with broader business objectives
  • Challenge and manage external technology partners, vendors and consulting organisations
  • Lead proof of concepts, pilots and enterprise-scale rollouts
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable and deliver measurable value

Experience Required

  • Proven Product Management, Digital Transformation or Innovation leadership experience
  • Demonstrable experience identifying, evaluating and delivering AI-enabled products or enterprise AI initiatives
  • Experience building business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in for new technology investments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
  • Experience working with external technology vendors, systems integrators or consulting partners
  • Ability to balance innovation with practical delivery and commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
