We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Planning & Resource Lead to join a large-scale transformation programme where planning, resource coordination, and dependency management are critical to success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving delivery environments and enjoys solving complex planning challenges across multiple concurrent projects.

You will work closely with Programme Directors and Project Managers to manage programme-wide planning activity, identify delivery risks early, balance resource demands, and continuously rework plans to keep delivery on track. This is not a traditional governance-focused PMO role. Instead, we need someone who lives in the detail of the plans day-to-day spotting conflicts, challenging timelines, managing dependencies, and helping delivery teams avoid slippage before it impacts the wider programme.
