We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the rollout of a global HR and payroll software solution across multiple international markets. This is a critical programme requiring strong leadership, structure, and governance to ensure successful delivery across diverse regions, each with unique legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global HR & payroll system implementation.
- Manage country and market localisation, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax regulations.
- Drive consistency across markets, ensuring all markets document requirements for local config and data requirements.
- Establish and enforce strong governance, decision-making frameworks, and delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the software vendor / SI.
- Bring structure and clarity to a programme that requires tighter control and coordination.
- Proven track record delivering global HR and payroll system implementations. Finance / ERP also considered.
- Strong experience managing multi-country rollouts with localisation requirements.
- Ability to drive governance, structure, and accountability in complex programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working closely with third-party vendors.
- Strong organisational and delivery-focused mindset.
