High-caliber Tester / QA Engineer with experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 space is required as a new hire within a growing team.

About the role:

  • Collaborate on the design, creation, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics 365 CE modules, ensuring they are logical, meaningful, and provide comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct functional, SIT / integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Validate data migration and transformation from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
  • Test business workflows, Power Automate flows, and security roles.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand and refine test objectives.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Support test automation initiatives where possible.
  • Work as part of a collaborative delivery team to ensure seamless release cycles, actively engaging with developers, data partners, business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to validate deployments.
  • Contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing by documenting test findings and best practices.
  • Seek opportunities to bring automated practice to testing.

About you:

  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders and challenge and influence as required.
  • Willing to share experience and best practice with others, interested in driving improvements and automation where opportunities exist.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Specific QA / Testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally across the CE modules.
  • Experience testing Power Automate / Power Apps / Co-Pilot related functionality would be beneficial.
  • Experience across manual and automated testing with a willingness to do both and see the value in both (EasyRepro / Selenium / Playwright / Leapwork / TOSCA / ACCELQ etc).
  • Experience with SIT / Regression / e2e / UAT / Post Deployment testing.
