6-Month Contract | Hybrid Working (2 days onsite in the Brentwood area) Up to £530 per day Outside IR35
A hybrid IT Project Manager & Business Analyst is required to support a transforming business with the delivery of a key systems integration project. This role will play a central part in bridging technology and operations, leading the implementation of an automated interface between a bespoke SQL-based application and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O. The focus is not only on technical delivery, but also on ensuring operational teams are fully prepared to adopt new processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, including internal developers and third-party suppliers
- Map and document key business processes, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and operational requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communication, impact assessment, and training coordination
- Support and oversee testing phases, including UAT, ensuring both technical accuracy and user readiness
- Manage dependencies and proactively resolve delivery blockers
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, building strong working relationships and supporting adoption of new ways of working
- Proven experience delivering systems integration projects (Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central would be highly desirable)
- Strong business analysis capability, with the ability to interpret complex operational processes
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, including testing and user adoption
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting organisational change and driving user adoption
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Clear and adaptable communication style
