We're recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join a busy IT Service Desk, delivering 2nd and 3rd line support across a range of business-critical applications. You'll support primarily bespoke systems, taking ownership of incidents, resolving issues, and ensuring applications remain stable and reliable.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for business applications
- Troubleshoot application and data issues (including SQL)
- Support user access, onboarding/offboarding
- Support releases and user testing
- Experience in application support (2nd line or above)
- Basic SQL skills
- Experience supporting bespoke/in-house systems
- Microsoft platforms or Dynamics exposure
- ITIL awareness
- Experience with APIs or web applications
- Hands-on role supporting critical systems
