Application Support Analyst 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential Extension) Salary to £32,000 + Benefits | Onsite Working 4 days per week | Brentwood Were recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join a busy IT Service Desk, delivering 2nd and 3rd line support across a range of business-critical applications. Youll support primarily bespoke systems, taking ownership of incidents, resolving issues, and ensuring applications remain stable and reliable. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for business applications Troubleshoot application and data issues (including SQL) Support user access, onboarding/offboarding Support releases and user testing Experience in application support (2nd line or above) Basic SQL skills Experience supporting bespoke/in-house systems Microsoft platforms or Dynamics exposure ITIL awareness Experience with APIs or web applications Hands-on role supporting critical systems Competitive salary and benefits Interviews are planned immediately (May 26).
