We're recruiting a Financial Accountant to join a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed software group that is growing through acquisition. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you'll gain exposure to multi-entity management accounting, acquisitions, group reporting, statutory accounting and business integration, whilst working closely with an experienced CFO who is passionate about developing talent. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone making either their first move from practice into industry, or an accountant already in industry looking to accelerate their development.
The role includes supporting the Group Financial Controller across a broad range of finance activities, including:
- Preparing multi-entity management accounts and statutory accounts
- Supporting year-end audit
- Managing multiple legal entities
- Assisting with acquisition accounting and business integrations
- Supporting tax, treasury and cashflow activities
- Improving financial controls and processes
- Working closely with senior finance leadership on a variety of projects
