What you’ll be doing
- Lead with authority : Own and enhance a robust financial control framework, ensuring full compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP requirements.
- Deliver excellence : Oversee timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting, supporting both local and global needs.
- Be a trusted partner : Work hand-in-hand with FP&A to generate actionable insights and drive smarter decisions.
- Mentor & inspire : Lead and develop a talented finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Shape the future : Take the initiative in responding to queries from regional and global finance, and collaborate on complex technical matters.
- Build strong relationships : Manage external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring a smooth statutory audit process.
- Innovate & improve : Help create tools and reporting solutions that add real value to the business.
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA), ideally trained in practice.
- At least 4 years’ experience in finance control roles.
- Strong technical knowledge across Corporation Tax, and VAT .
- A strategic thinker with sharp judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex topics.
- Organised, accountable, and delivery-driven.
- Innovative mindset, with the ability to inspire change and bring new solutions.
