What you’ll be doing

  • Lead with authority: Own and enhance a robust financial control framework, ensuring full compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP requirements.
  • Deliver excellence: Oversee timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting, supporting both local and global needs.
  • Be a trusted partner: Work hand-in-hand with FP&A to generate actionable insights and drive smarter decisions.
  • Mentor & inspire: Lead and develop a talented finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Shape the future: Take the initiative in responding to queries from regional and global finance, and collaborate on complex technical matters.
  • Build strong relationships: Manage external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring a smooth statutory audit process.
  • Innovate & improve: Help create tools and reporting solutions that add real value to the business.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA), ideally trained in practice.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in finance control roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Corporation Tax and VAT.
