Reporting line: Biddable Account Director

Location: This role is based in London. It is required that all employees work 3x days a week in the office and 2 days WHF (there may be a requirement that you might need to come in more than 3x per week if we have client meetings etc).

This role is a pivotal part of the DTC performance media team at the Clients location and is responsible for overseeing the activation and implementation of strategy across Search, Social channels. Working alongside their peers in trading and the Media agency delivering channel management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tactical and strategic knowledge of how search, social, app and video platforms work.
  • Day-to-day management, reporting and optimisation of client media across our UK team but covering clients that run Europe wide too.
  • In depth DR performance knowledge is necessity as main client uses a trading model to optimise their media.
  • There will be robust targets and prior experience of working with data and analytic teams is a must, advantageous to have Adobe Analytics experience and happy to investigate and propose commercial opportunities based on data.
  • Build relationships with key media owners and publishers to push them towards a learning framework for clients.
  • Oversee, support and develop junior team members in line with core capabilities and client requests.
  • Diligent and precise when preparing client performance review presentations.
  • Organisation and communication is paramount as you will need to keep clients and account team updated on the status of all activities.
  • Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification.
  • An absolute wizard in Excel, data turns you on and you talk in numbers.

  • Effectively manage client expectations.
  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
  • Positively represent Mediahub at all times.
