We’re looking for a Paid Communications Manager (Outreach) to join our growing team. This client-facing role sits within a fast-paced media agency environment, supporting iGaming clients alongside a broader portfolio. You’ll own outreach strategy and delivery across global markets, ensuring link placements meet SEO objectives, brand requirements, and territory standards, often across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute digital outreach campaigns across global territories and multilingual markets.
- Identify high-value backlink opportunities through SEO and industry analysis.
- Oversee content-led outreach, ensuring accurate placements and adherence to client guidelines.
- Manage negotiations with publishers to secure quality placements at competitive rates.
- Report clearly to clients, track KPIs, and proactively recommend improvements to strengthen visibility.
- Allocate and prioritise outreach tasks aligned to team capacity and campaign goals.
- Mentor, support, and develop junior team members; provide feedback and maintain motivation.
- Own campaigns end-to-end from planning and execution to optimisation.
- Analyse competitor backlink profiles to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay current with SEO/link-building best practices and apply lateral thinking to improve processes.
- Proven experience in digital outreach, ideally agency-side.
- Comfortable working with iGaming/gambling clients (experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO, link-building, and key metrics (DA, TF, DR, etc.).
- Experience managing budgets and achieving monthly targets.
- Strong content awareness and ability to ensure guideline compliance.
- Excellent Excel, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, proactive, target-driven, and confident leading junior team members.
