We are looking for a Programmatic Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, operational role at the heart of campaign delivery: you will support Account Managers and senior leads across the full programmatic campaign lifecycle - from media plan implementation and creative trafficking through to optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.

You will work across a portfolio of clients and partner closely with planning, ad operations, buying and creative trafficking teams. The role is ideal for someone early in their programmatic career who is eager to build deep technical knowledge, develop strong client-service instincts and grow within a supportive, fast-paced agency environment.

Account Management
  • Support Account Managers in the day-to-day service of client accounts, acting as a reliable conduit between clients, trading teams and finance.
  • Help coordinate the tactical design and implementation of campaigns across Display, Video, Audio and DOOH, ensuring all elements align with client objectives and team best practice.
  • Work with the campaign management team to ensure all media plan requirements - targeting, budgets, pacing, deal IDs - are correctly implemented within DSP consoles.
  • Assist in tracking, measuring and analysing campaign activities, contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely performance reports.
  • Learn to interpret campaign data and identify trends, contributing initial observations on performance and potential optimisation opportunities.
  • Support the identification and resolution of delivery or performance issues, escalating to your Account Manager as necessary to keep campaigns on track.
  • Help prepare campaign performance updates and reports for clients and agency teams, clearly articulating results and recommended next steps under the guidance of your manager.
  • Assist in preparing materials that support the selling of our programmatic services, developing an understanding of how our solutions address client needs.
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, learning how to communicate campaign updates and performance effectively.
  • Develop an awareness of the digital media industry, market dynamics and emerging trends to help inform campaign approaches.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams - Account Managers, traders, analytics specialists and campaign engineers - contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Assist in liaising with publishers and technology partners, learning about new features and capabilities and helping to keep the wider team informed.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of digital advertising concepts, tools and industry best practice, including pursuing relevant platform certifications.

A genuine interest in programmatic media and the digital advertising ecosystem - whether through formal study, work experience, personal projects or self-directed learning. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charting) and to draw clear conclusions from data. Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
