We are seeking a driven and dynamic junior new business leader to join their UK & Ireland team. This is an enriching intercultural experience where you will collaborate across global offices and receive ongoing professional development and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in the delivery of impactful projects for high-profile corporate clients.
- Strategic Execution: Support the development and steering of client strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues to deliver consistent, world-class consultancy services.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Corporate Business Development.
- Conduct data analysis, research, and process assessments
- Collaboration with third party stakeholders on queries and reporting
- Support project management activities
- Prepare presentations and deliverables
- Support ad-hoc tasks and events
- Contribute to actionable recommendations and implementation plans
- Provide stakeholders with timely access to reports to support customer-facing meetings.
Salary: £28-30k per year with an annual bonus
Location: Hampshire / Surrey Border (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive or mobility sectors.
- Strong understanding of the premium automotive market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
