The Opportunity

Our client is an international consultancy represented in twelve countries worldwide. Their work is customer-centric and interdisciplinary, supporting high-quality clients through every project phase—from strategy development to execution and steering.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic junior new business leader to join their UK & Ireland team. This is an enriching intercultural experience where you will collaborate across global offices and receive ongoing professional development and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist in the delivery of impactful projects for high-profile corporate clients.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the development and steering of client strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues to deliver consistent, world-class consultancy services.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Corporate Business Development.
  • Conduct data analysis, research, and process assessments
  • Collaboration with third party stakeholders on queries and reporting
  • Support project management activities
  • Prepare presentations and deliverables
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and events
  • Contribute to actionable recommendations and implementation plans
  • Provide stakeholders with timely access to reports to support customer-facing meetings.

Salary: £28-30k per year with an annual bonus

Location: Hampshire / Surrey Border (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive or mobility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the premium automotive market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • £28-30k Annual salary + attractive annual bonus
