We are looking for fantastic Passenger Assistants in Essex, Thurrock, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire! Kinect Services is on a mission to lead the way in enriching people’s lives through a people-first approach, bringing purpose to life and striving beyond excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide critical transport support to vulnerable children and adults in our community.
- Availability between 6.30am – 10am and 2pm – 5.30pm.
- Work closely with your Driver as a team, following a pre-defined route.
- Safeguard your passengers at all times when in your care.
- Assist passengers getting onboard the vehicle, ensuring they are comfortable and safe.
- Willingness to take on specialist training for passengers with additional needs as required.
- Maintain professionalism and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
