We’re looking for fantastic Passenger Assistants in Essex, Thurrock, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire!

Whilst don’t need previous experience providing Social Care Transport services, your passion, interest, and focus on improving the lives of our service users and promoting their independence as much as possible are the key ingredients that we need in order for you to thrive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely with your Driver as a team, following a pre-defined route of vulnerable children and/or adults requiring specialist transport services.
- Safeguarding your passengers at all times when in your care.
- Assisting passengers getting onboard the vehicle, ensuring they are comfortable and safe.
- Willingness to take on specialist training for passengers with additional needs as and when required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have access to and be able to operate a smartphone for operational purposes as well as an email address.
- The right to work in the UK.
- The same passion for social care as we do.
