About the Role
Kinect Services is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes across Canvey, Great Wakering, Rayleigh and Rochford. We provide person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will visit adults in the community, providing essential daily living support including personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship. We are looking for people who can offer flexibility to pick up early and late calls, ensuring consistent and reliable care for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
- Support with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with individuals and their families
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in line with individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with office staff and health professionals

- Variable hours – full time, part time or bank to suit your availability
