About the Role
Kinect Services is recruiting experienced Bank Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults living in their own homes who have complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism. This flexible role allows you to choose the shifts and days that suit your availability, offering genuine work–life balance. You will be part of a professional, compassionate team that helps people live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
- Support adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism
- Assist with personal care, medication, mobility and health-related tasks (following training and competency sign-off)
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider care team to ensure safe, consistent care
About You
- Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience in a similar care role (complex care, learning disability or autism support)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Confident in delivering personal care and supporting with health-related needs
- Excellent communication, professionalism and reliability
- Right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship as hours cannot be guaranteed)
- Willingness to complete required training and competency assessments
