As a PSV Driver, you’ll be more than just the person behind the wheel – you’ll be a trusted, friendly face who helps passengers travel with dignity and confidence.

If you’re looking for steady, rewarding work with regular hours – perhaps stepping down from long-haul or split-shift coach driving, or already experienced in SEN/home-to-school transport – this is an opportunity to use your skills where they truly matter.

What You’ll Do

* Safely drive company vehicles, including minibuses and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

* Welcome passengers on board with warmth, patience, and professionalism.

* Support passenger comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

* Build positive relationships with passengers, their families, and destination staff.

* Complete basic vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and ready for service.

What We’re Looking For

* Licence: Valid PSV/D1 entitlement.

* CPC: Current Driver CPC with up-to-date hours.

* Medical: Ability to meet DVLA Group 2 medical standards.

* Checks: Enhanced DBS check (arranged if not already held).

* Tech: Comfortable using a smartphone and email for basic work communications.

Why Join Kinect Services?

* Family-friendly hours – no 3am starts or endless split shifts.

* Permanent, secure role – with consistent routes during term-time.

* Optional overtime – private hire work at a higher hourly rate.

* Supportive culture – join a values-driven team with a 5-star reputation in Health & Social Care transport.

* Professional growth – full compliance support with DBS, medical, and safeguarding training.
