Kinects leading Property client have a number of opportunities across their Leeds, Birmingham and London offices for Land Referencers to join an Infrastructures team. This is an opportunity to join the market leading infrastructure team and support some of the country’s biggest infrastructure schemes. These include Renewables, Transport, Utilities and Regeneration. They provide robust land referencing services to clients, following strict methodologies and diligent enquiry to support access to land and statutory applications for development consent. Such as Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, Hybrid Bill and Transport and Works Act Orders. This role presents an opportunity to be a part of a small, friendly and growing land referencing team that has a substantial track record for delivering quality services. They offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, life assurance and are open to those seeking hybrid and/or flexible working arrangements.
