- Placement requests coming in
- Carer availability changing
- Local Authorities needing answers

What You’ll Be Doing- Matching and placing children with suitable foster carers
- Monitoring placement requests and responding quickly and professionally
- Preparing high-quality matching reports and documentation
- Keeping internal systems and vacancy trackers fully up to date
- Building strong relationships with Local Authorities and foster carers
- Attending meetings and contributing to placement decisions
- Ensuring all communication is clear, accurate and timely
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong admin, IT and data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional and solution-focused mindset
- Experience working with children/young people in a social care setting
- NVQ in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Salary up to £26,550
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
