We are working with a well-established, highly regarded fostering agency looking to strengthen their Home Finding team with someone who brings energy, organisation, and a proper get it done mindset.

  • Placement requests coming in
  • Carer availability changing
  • Local Authorities needing answers

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Matching and placing children with suitable foster carers
  • Monitoring placement requests and responding quickly and professionally
  • Preparing high-quality matching reports and documentation
  • Keeping internal systems and vacancy trackers fully up to date
  • Building strong relationships with Local Authorities and foster carers
  • Attending meetings and contributing to placement decisions
  • Ensuring all communication is clear, accurate and timely
What We’re Looking For
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Strong admin, IT and data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • NVQ in Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
