The Role As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day operation of a Children's Residential Home.
Maintaining Ofsted compliance and delivering outstanding care.
Leading, developing and supporting your staff team.
Managing budgets, occupancy and quality standards.
Building positive relationships with local authorities and external professionals.
The Person We're looking for professionals who have: Experience managing Children's Residential Homes.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
