The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for
- Leading the day-to-day operation of a Children's Residential Home.
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and delivering outstanding care.
- Leading, developing and supporting your staff team.
- Managing budgets, occupancy and quality standards.
- Building positive relationships with local authorities and external professionals.
- The Person
We're looking for professionals who have
- Experience managing Children's Residential Homes.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
