The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of a Children's Residential Home.
  • Maintaining Ofsted compliance and delivering outstanding care.
  • Leading, developing and supporting your staff team.
  • Managing budgets, occupancy and quality standards.
  • Building positive relationships with local authorities and external professionals.

We're looking for professionals who have

  • Experience managing Children's Residential Homes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
