At Kindrelle, we're building communities where people can feel seen, supported, and connected. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Volunteer Event Lead to help host our in-person events and create welcoming experiences for our community members.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome attendees and help them feel comfortable and included
  • Support event set-up (if needed) and coordination on the day
  • Gently facilitate introductions and encourage conversation between participants
  • Help create a warm, inclusive, and positive atmosphere
  • Represent Kindrelle's values of kindness, connection, and community
  • Capture photos and short videos during events for marketing and community storytelling purposes, while always seeking consent and ensuring attendees feel comfortable being included
  • Share feedback and insights from events to help us improve future experiences

Who We're Looking For

  • Has a naturally warm, kind, and extroverted personality
  • Enjoys meeting new people and making others feel welcome
  • Is confident starting conversations and introducing people to one another
  • Believes in the importance of community, wellbeing, and human connection
  • Is reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative when needed
  • Could guide walks, hikes, and day trips in the UK confidently with a map, and researched information
  • Stay informed about cultural, seasonal, local, and community events taking place across London, identifying opportunities for future Kindrelle experiences and partnerships
  • Could understand and direct Kindrelle's in-person event strategy

You don't need previous event experience: we care most about your energy, empathy, kindness, and ability to make people feel included.
