We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Cleaning Supervisor
to inspire and guide our dedicated cleaning team.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure our client sites consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, directly contributing to Kindred's reputation for outstanding service.

As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will: Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.

Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.

Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.

Minimum requirements: Previous cleaning or supervising experience.

Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.

Can reliably commute to the site location.

Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.

Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.

An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
