Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Director to lead sales and key client relationships plus drive account growth from our current customer base. As the senior point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for developing new and long-term partnerships, ensuring the successful delivery of Kindred’s services across the OEM, Telco and Media sectors. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of client business needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales delivery: Be responsible for closing down allocated new business and finding new companies that fit our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term engagement leveraging Kindred’s leading technology solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee strategic plans and initiatives that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives and deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working within a technology focused company.
  • 3 – 5 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering strategic results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate, programmatic ecosystem or SaaS products.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to generate data-informed decisions from self-conducted research
  • Excellent client-facing skills; strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
