Location: Remote (covering Bromley/London/Essex areas, with weekly travel to sites)

Line Manager: People Partner

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 per annum

The People Advisor (Generalist) supports the People Partner in delivering high-quality People services. This is a remote role combining virtual support with regular on-site visits, focused on employee relations, HR systems, and process efficiency. You’ll build strong relationships with managers and provide proactive, solution-focused guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Support and coach managers on employee relations, wellbeing, absence, and employment law
  • Manage ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and absence
  • Maintain and update HRIS records accurately
  • Support employee lifecycle processes (contracts, flexible working, maternity, etc.)
