The People Advisor (Generalist) supports the People Partner in delivering high-quality People services. This is a remote role combining virtual support with regular on-site visits, focused on employee relations, HR systems, and process efficiency. You’ll build strong relationships with managers and provide proactive, solution-focused guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Support and coach managers on employee relations, wellbeing, absence, and employment law
- Manage ER cases including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and absence
- Maintain and update HRIS records accurately
- Support employee lifecycle processes (contracts, flexible working, maternity, etc.)
