Kindred Nurseries in St Ives is seeking a Deputy Manager to work closely with the Nursery Manager and lead a caring, educational team. You will support staff delivering high-quality EYFS-based care and ensure safe, engaging environments for children to learn and grow.
You will coach Room Leaders and Practitioners, assist with induction and training, and maintain accurate records while upholding nursery policies. A current Paediatric First Aid certificate and safeguarding training are required.
