Kindred Recruitment is working exclusively with an award-winning, fast-growing boutique PR agency looking to hire a talented travel PR professional at Account Executive, Senior Account Executive or Account Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the travel sector who wants to work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning cruise, airlines, tourism boards, tour operators, luxury destinations, hotels and resorts.
About the role:
- You’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering creative PR campaigns across a range of travel accounts.
- This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
- You’ll be involved in media relations, press office activity, campaign execution, influencer engagement, event support, client communications and helping generate exciting coverage across travel, lifestyle, consumer and trade media.
- Depending on your level of experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to take greater ownership of client relationships, strategy and mentoring more junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and deliver integrated PR campaigns across a range of travel clients.
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers and key media contacts across UK travel, lifestyle and consumer press.
- Pitch stories, secure media coverage and identify proactive opportunities for clients.
- Assist with press trips, events, launches and media activity.
- Write engaging press releases, features, briefing documents and client updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights.
- Stay on top of travel trends, news and industry developments.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, becoming a trusted extension of the client team.
About you:
- You’ll already have experience within a PR agency environment and a genuine passion for travel.
