Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and media evaluation software.

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national, trade, and vertical journalists relevant to your client sectors.
  • Confidently pitch news stories, commentary, and feature ideas to the media.
  • Secure high-quality, relevant coverage in print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Monitor media landscapes for opportunities, trends, and competitor news.

Content Creation

  • Write compelling press releases, bylined articles, thought leadership content, case studies, and briefing documents.
  • Edit and refine client content to ensure it aligns with brand tone and resonates with target audiences.
  • Help shape client messaging and storylines that capture media attention.
  • Participate in regular client meetings, providing updates, ideas, and insight.
  • Take ownership of campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the agency, from juniors to directors, to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients by delivering value and insight at every touchpoint.

Professional Development

  • Receive support and mentorship as you progress toward Account Manager level.
  • Get involved in new business brainstorming and proposal writing.
  • Develop your leadership and mentoring skills by supporting junior team members where needed.

  • …you’re passionate about PR, have a strong foundation in B2B communications and the hunger to grow into a more senior role.
  • You’ll be confident, curious, collaborative, and commercially aware.

  • Proven ability to write press releases, blogs, and articles to a high standard.
  • A growing network of journalist contacts and the ability to secure quality media coverage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confidence in client interactions, and an eagerness to contribute to strategy and delivery.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and CRM tools (e.g., Gorkana, Roxhill, Meltwater, or similar).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on integrated communications or digital campaigns.
  • An interest in business trends, innovation, AI and technology.
