The Role:
The company is looking for a hands‑on, strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive demand generation through data‑driven campaigns and compelling content. They are relying on the Senior Marketing Manager to apply a level of expertise and knowledge to this role to drive early success. You’ll initially spend time on‑site in Gloucestershire to fully immerse yourself in the culture, products and people, with flexibility to move to a hybrid pattern typically one to three days per week as your knowledge develops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Plan, own and optimise campaigns, budgets and performance
- Create high‑quality content including videos, graphics, blogs and case studies
- Manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, automations and dashboards
- Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth MQL to SQL handover
- Track, analyse and report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement and conversion
- Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technology to scale content and campaigns
- Provide thought leadership and market insight to help shape positioning
