My client, a boutique digital agency working with premium brands across the luxury lifestyle and hospitality sectors, is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their growing team. Based in a stunning shared office space in West London, you’ll be working in a vibrant, collaborative environment alongside a tight-knit team of ambitious marketers. This role is hybrid – with three days in the office and two from home – offering both flexibility and in-person creative energy.
About the Role
We’re looking for a digitally-savvy marketer with a strong grasp of paid social strategy, a working knowledge of SEO and CRO, and the analytical mindset to optimise campaigns for maximum performance. You’ll be hands-on across platforms, managing end-to-end execution and reporting. This is a role for someone with a broad digital skill set who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the drive to take ownership and push results. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-led recommendations using Google Analytics and Excel
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure assets are aligned with campaign goals
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation across paid campaigns and landing pages
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics
- Support SEO efforts by aligning content and campaign strategy with organic goals
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
About You
- 2–4 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Strong, hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Comfortable managing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Degree educated in marketing, communications, business or similar
- An interest or background in luxury lifestyle or hospitality is a bonus
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a collaborative team
