My client, a leading luxury interior design studio based in London, is seeking an exceptional Senior Social Media and Marketing Manager to take ownership of its brand presence across digital, media and marketing channels. This is a pivotal role for a creative and commercially minded marketer who understands the luxury space and thrives on shaping how a high-end studio is seen, heard and talked about.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in defining and executing a cohesive marketing and communications strategy that elevates the studio’s profile with discerning private clients, developers, architects, press and industry partners. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible position where your ideas, creativity and strategic thinking will directly influence brand perception and business growth.
At the heart of the role is social media leadership. You will own the content strategy and execution across key platforms, ensuring the studio’s work, culture and point of view are showcased in a way that feels refined, aspirational and authentic. From campaign concepts and editorial calendars to day-to-day posting, you will set the tone and visual direction, working closely with designers, photographers and external partners to deliver best-in-class content.
You will also manage the activity of a highly capable PR agency, providing clear direction, shaping story angles and ensuring consistent messaging across press, awards, events and thought leadership opportunities.
Beyond social and PR, this is a broad and varied marketing position. You will oversee website graphics and content, ensuring the studio’s digital presence reflects the quality and craftsmanship of its work. You will plan and run targeted paid media campaigns across Meta and other relevant channels, using data and insight to refine performance and maximise impact. You will also deliver industry thought leadership through newsletters, articles and email campaigns, creating content that informs, inspires and reinforces the studio’s expertise.
The successful candidate will come from a luxury interior design studio or a closely related creative industry within the high-end space, such as architecture, premium property, high-end lifestyle, fashion or luxury branding. You will bring a strong understanding of how to market to an affluent, design-led audience, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
You will be confident operating at a senior level, comfortable collaborating with founders, directors and external partners, and capable of leading projects from concept through to execution. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, along with a sharp visual eye and an appreciation for high-quality design, photography and storytelling.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and influence. You will have the platform to shape a brand, build long-term marketing foundations and leave a clear imprint on a studio with an exceptional reputation and ambitious plans for the future.
If you are a mid-level marketing professional in the luxury creative space looking for a role that blends strategy and creativity, this is a rare opportunity to join a studio where your work will be seen, valued and celebrated.
