We’re looking for a creative and commercially-minded marketer to take full ownership of marketing for a growing, multi-site healthcare business across London. Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the brand, define the marketing strategy and drive execution across digital and offline channels. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real autonomy, enjoys building from the ground up and is excited by the pace of a scaling business.
The Role
- You’ll own the end-to-end marketing function, with responsibility for:
- Developing and delivering a clear, effective marketing strategy aligned to business growth
- Evolving and strengthening the brand across all touchpoints
- Leading digital performance across website, SEO and social channels
- Driving engagement, brand awareness and lead generation
- Supporting key business moments including launches and events
- Creating high-quality, consistent marketing materials
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with execution, working closely with the Founder to bring ideas to life as well as a range of freelancers across design and digital.
