My client is entering an ambitious new phase of growth and is looking for a Marketing Lead who wants more than just “another role.” This is an opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, shape a brand with real commercial impact, and become a trusted partner to senior leadership as the business works towards its 2026 goals.

Reporting directly into Director level, you will take full ownership of marketing across the group. You’ll define the strategy, bring it to life through execution, and play a visible role in how the business is positioned within the workplace and office sector, with their customers at the heart of everything they do. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building structure where there isn’t one yet, and wants to leave a lasting mark.

You’ll be given the freedom and backing to make this role your own, with a clear pathway to grow into a senior leadership position and build a marketing team around you as the business scales.

The Opportunity

This role is about creating momentum. You’ll be the person who connects brand, digital, campaigns and commercial objectives into one clear, compelling marketing engine. From shaping how the business shows up in the market, to supporting sales growth, to launching new and industry-leading solutions, your work will be seen, felt and measured across the organisation.

You’ll lead the evolution of the brand across every touchpoint – digital, print and in-person – ensuring consistency, quality and clarity in how the business communicates its value. You’ll take ownership of the website journey, bringing multiple platforms together into one high-performing, conversion-focused experience. You’ll define a social presence that builds credibility, engagement and inbound opportunity, and you’ll design campaigns that don’t just look good, but drive meaningful results. Events and industry engagement will also sit at the heart of your impact. Whether it’s launches, sector activity or customer-facing moments, you’ll ensure every interaction reinforces the brand and supports commercial growth.

Who This Is For

This is a role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and the hands-on. You’re comfortable setting direction, but just as happy getting stuck into delivery. You enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and being trusted to run with ideas. You’re commercially minded, organised and motivated by outcomes, not just activity. You care deeply about brand, growth and building something that lasts. Most importantly, you’re excited by the idea of ownership – of being “the person” for marketing within a growing business.

You’ll likely bring broad, multi-channel marketing experience and a track record of owning or building marketing activity end-to-end. You’ll be a confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales, leadership and external partners, and someone who brings energy, curiosity and drive to everything you do.

What’s On Offer

  • Full autonomy to shape and lead the business’s marketing strategy
  • A genuine opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role
  • A clear pathway to building and managing your own marketing team
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • A modern, friendly HQ

Why This Role?

This is more than a marketing position. It’s a chance to build a platform, influence the direction of a growing business, and see the direct impact of your work at a leadership level. If you’re looking for ownership, visibility and long-term progression – and you’re excited by the idea of growing alongside a business with big ambitions – this could be the role that truly defines your next career step.
