The Opportunity
This is a standalone marketing position — ideal for a driven graduate (Marketing, Finance, Business or similar) with up to 1–2 years’ experience in financial services, private equity, venture capital or investment environments. You’ll sit at the intersection of content, brand and commercial growth, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and investors while building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in financial services marketing. No two days will look the same.

- Identifying new marketing initiatives and presenting ideas directly to the CEO
- Supporting brand positioning as the firm scales
- Contributing creatively to campaigns, partnerships and new channels
Who This Would Suit
- A recent graduate (Ideally with a Marketing degree - will also consider, Finance, Business or similar)
- Ideally with 1–2 years’ experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity or a related field
- Commercially aware and genuinely interested in how investment firms operate
- Confident working autonomously in a sole marketer role
- Naturally proactive — someone who spots opportunities rather than waiting for instruction
- Entrepreneurial in mindset and comfortable in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
- A strong writer with excellent attention to detail
- Digitally savvy with a working knowledge of LinkedIn and website CMS platforms
- Curious, confident and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Why Join?
